All promotional codes and discounts apply only to Field and Stream Brand merchandise. It is not valid for the Filson, YETI, and Vael products.Unless specified otherwise.
Guarantee
Field & Stream Clothing guarantees all products we sell at our online store to be free from defects. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the item by simply following the instructions below.
Return Policy
Please note the following limitations:
- We accept returns within 30 days of the invoice date and, provided the conditions described herein are met, we will issue a full credit of the purchase price including taxes.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- The merchandise must be unused and returned in its original condition.
- The merchandise must be returned with all tags attached.
- The original purchase receipt must be included with all returns.
- Swimwear, bodysuits, unitards, intimates, cosmetic and grooming products cannot be returned unless defective.
- Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be returned.
Did you change your mind?
If you simply wish to return an item for any reason (subject to the limitations above), you are responsible for return shipping charges. We will issue a full refund and any taxes that you paid. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. To exchange an item(s) please return the unwanted item, provided that it meets the return requirements, and place an order for the new product(s) on our website, OR contact our customer service at 1-877-221-6889 for assistance
Example:
- You decide you don't like the style, fit, or color.
- You decide you just do not want the item for any reason.
What to do:
- Complete the "Return Form" included with your order.
- Place the item(s) you wish to return in a suitable box or envelope. And use the pre-addressed label that is included with your order.
- The Return label is not pre-paid, therefore you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Field & Stream is not responsible for lost shipments.
Did we make a mistake?
If we make a mistake regarding your order, we will take care of return shipping and send you a replacement item with no additional charge for shipping or issue a full refund of the purchase price and any taxes you paid.
Example:
- Item shipped does not match the style, size, or color you ordered.
- Item shipped is defective.
What to do:
- Call our customer service department 1-877-221-6889.
- A customer service agent will process your request and assist you with return shipping.
- Complete the "Return Form" included with your order.
- Place the item(s) you wish to return in a suitable box or envelope. And use the pre-addressed label that is included with your order.

If you request a refund:
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price and any taxes you paid minus the shipping and handling fee as soon as our Returns Department has completed processing your return (usually within 2 weeks). Refunds will be issued to the account used for the purchase.

Shipping Charges:
Our ground shipping charges are based on the total value of merchandise shipped in a single shipment. Charges for expedited delivery are in addition to the ground shipping charge.

$60.01 - $100 $9.65
$101.01 and above $11.65
Expedited Delivery
• 2-Day Express: Add $10 per shipment to ground shipping charge.
• Overnight: Add $20 per address to ground shipping charge.
PAYMENT OPTIONS: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Network.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS: Once an order is placed into the system, it cannot be changed. Likewise we will not be able to add to an order that is already entered; instead a new order will need to be placed. For any order cancellations, please send an email to Info@fieldandstreambrand.com
